of the Russian Tsar. The recipe, always kept
secret, was passed on orally from one
generation to the other. 25 years ago, it was
entrusted to us and we became the guardians of
this old tradition.

Today the pure and unspoiled environment of

spring water which we get from our own
sources, salt and the smoke from a gentle fire of
local hardwood, according to the old Russian
tradition.
