BALIK FILLET TSAR NIKOLAJ®
The careful preparation of the selected heart of the salmon fillet
revives a tradition from the court of the Tsars of Russia. For
special occasions only the very best was good enough.
After the trimming, the silver skin is also stripped off, thus
making every gram a delight.
The BALIK fillet TSAR NICOLAJ®, however, is carved very
differently: vertically in slices of about 1 cm. The result are
succulent medallions of an unequalled flavour which can be
served very attractively.
BALIK FILLET TSAR NIKOLAJ® is always in stock and can be
shipped overnight any day of the week.
PRUNIER CAVIAR need to be ordered on Monday to be shipped
from Switzerland on Friday to our cooler in Miami where it will
leave the same day for a Saturday morning delivery to your door.
